About Us

I consider myself a person that truly understands where healthcare is today and where it will lead us tomorrow. Throughout my many years of start-up, running, and managing companies in the continuum of care, I have gained insights and abilities that only are available through work experience. These strengths allow me to understand and explain what is driving the paradigm in healthcare today and tomorrow.

Having strong relationships within the community of healthcare leaders, allow me to contribute in providing insight and knowledge, in evaluating and creating solutions, while advising on what can and cannot be done in a business’ specific space. My ability to recognize each organization and its own specific characteristics from a business perspective, allows me to listen, understand and evaluate what they have and what they need in order to move forward in this ever-changing industry.

Understanding Government initiatives and markers like MACRA & MIPS, MU, CG & H-CAHPS, PQRS, STARS, HEDIS, MRA, P4P & PCMH indicate the same thing; you must have operational workflows and a IT solution that is geared towards outcome, value-based and risk, while it is interoperable providing for a real 360 view throughout the continuum of care to make informed decisions.

I have invested thousands of hours in gathering structural and operational information to evaluate workflows and how they separate IT vendors in their respective spaces. The growth throughout the entire healthcare industry will come from new programs that will be outcome- and cost-based. Many of the advanced payment models will deal with risk as well. Capturing data for analytics is all about gaining insights to make informed decisions, have relevant information to stratify and run algorithms rich in business processes that produce meaningful results.

I have a passion for the work that I do as an employee, consultant, blogger and writer. It takes me to different organizations, all of which have their business processes in place. By understanding and analyzing their processes, then educating and transforming them, I am able to modify and or assimilate them within a solution to get them to where they can produce outcome- and cost-based medical efficiencies. This is my forte.

Our business will optimize healthcare organizations and physicians to have financial prospects in areas they would otherwise not recognize without our services, and will do so while creating greater opportunities and increasing their current revenues.
